During Construction

Forty-five percent of the purchase price is payable in instalments throughout the construction period, before handover of Tower 1.

On Completion

Five percent is due upon completion and handover of your Richmond District apartment.

Post-Handover (39 Months)

The remaining fifty percent is paid in instalments over 39 months after handover, giving owners time to occupy or rent the unit while completing payments.
